European Crafts Days 2026
Wood, leather, fabric, at the heart of materials
Heart and soul
For the Journées Européennes des Métiers d'Art 2026, the studio is opening its doors to you on a theme that unites us all:
"From the heart to the work".
Working with materials means listening to them.
Wood, leather and fabric each have their own character, memory, resistance and softness.
Our hands learn to understand them, to respect them, to dialogue with them.
It's a work of patience and precision, but above all of passion and commitment.
During these days, you will be able to discover three professions that respond to and complement each other, united by the same love of gesture and material:
Nathalie , upholsterer at L'Atelier des Savoir-Faire , who brings fabrics, seats and interiors back to life with sensitivity and exacting standards.
Émilie , a cabinetmaker and restorer at L'Atelier d'Émilie Huon , who makes wood speak and restores heritage with respect and precision.
And Kelvine , leatherworker - DK Créations Cuirs, who creates leather goods in her workshop around the world of the imagination, leather being a living, expressive material, shaped by hand, from design to finish.
Wood, leather, fabric: three materials, three skills, one philosophy.
We put our hearts into every gesture, every detail and every piece of work.
We look forward to welcoming you, sharing our expertise with you and helping you discover our trades, our tools and our world, as close as possible to the material and the gesture.
On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., explanations and demonstrations of the trades of upholsterer, cabinetmaker-restorer and leatherworker. There will also be videos explaining the materials and techniques involved.
