For European Heritage Days, the Château de Crèvecœur is offering inclusive activities adapted for people with disabilities through "The Accessible Middle Ages". What's more, a medieval farming tool, reproduced during the 2025 Medieval Festival in partnership with the Bayeux Tapestry, will be showcased in a re-enactment throughout the weekend. PROGRAMME: Saturday, 20 September: - The Middle Ages at your fingertips • 10:30 and 16:30: Sensory workshop tour focusing on daily life in the Middle Ages • Teenagers and adults - Chronicle of the Battle of Hastings • 11:30, 14:30 and 16:00: Story of the conquest of England using a model of the battle • ages 8 and up - The houses of the three little pigs • 13:30 and 15:30: Traditional architecture explained through the famous tale • ages 5 and up - A medieval plough • 14:00 and 17:00: Presentation and demonstration of the ploughing tool • ages 10 and up Sunday, 21st September: - Chronicle of the Battle of Hastings • 10:30, 13:30 and 16:00 (French Sign Language, LSF) - The Three Little Pigs • 11:30 and 16:30 - The Middle Ages at your fingertips • 14:00 - The Curse of the Falcon (LSF) • 15:00: Listen to the Misfortunes of Thibault, the Wilful Squire • age 3 and up - The Priory Instrumentarium • 15:30 and 17:00: Learn about Norman music from William the Conqueror to his descendants • ages 5 and up Prices: Adults €2 – children under 7 free Open from 11:00 to 19:00
