Les Somnambules: A journey into a city that moves. An old neighbourhood is due to be demolished to make way for a souless modern town. As the nights pass, while the city sleeps, the locals dream. Their dreams reverberate throughout the city, animating and metamorphosing it into a place where anything's possible. Les Somnambules evoke this contemporary transformation ironically and sketch a city whose forms are redrawn by its inhabitants. This story is staged spectacularly, animated by shadows and lights, a playground for four puppeteers and two musicians who lead the audience through a magnificent, wordless dream.
