In summer, it is possible to climb up to the top of the Basilica of St. Teresa of Lisieux! Every afternoon in July and August, access to the dome of the Basilica is open to visitors. The entrance is at the top of the steps of the Basilica, in the right gallery of the cloister. The first 178 steps allow you to reach the first landing, 50 meters high, and admire the 2000 m² interior mosaics of the Basilica. The visit continues with twice 65 steps to reach the summit of the Basilica, on the exterior crown. A stunning view of Lisieux and the Pays d'Auge is offered to you, 80 meters in height.
