Guided tour of the last mushroom cellar in Calvados! Learn all about the cultivation of button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. Discover artisanal know-how in a unique setting: a former stone quarry exploited from the Middle Ages to the end of the 19th century, which became a mushroom farm and a place of refuge in 1944. The mushroom grower will welcome you in person, but remember to book in advance! Reservations required (places are limited) by telephone (SMS). Bring comfortable shoes and "a little wool".
