Take a guided tour of the last mushroom cellar in Calvados! Summer tours from 7 July to 28 August: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11am. Find out all about growing button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. Discover this traditional know-how in a unique setting: a former stone quarry that was mined from the Middle Ages to the end of the 19th century, and which became a mushroom farm and a place of refuge in 1944. The mushroom grower will welcome you in person, but don't forget to book! Booking is compulsory (places are limited), on the website or by telephone (SMS).
